Pinecone Research is open again.  You might want to try signing up.  They pay three dollars per survey, however, you won't get many.  I've only gotten one since I signed up, but I did get paid.

I wasn't sure whether or not to leave up ParadiseClicks.  Some people said they are a scam, but I think it's that they take four months from the time you request a payout, which truly sux.  So it's up to you if you want to use them.  I'm still looking for much faster paying sites.
